SGK EcoTanks – sand and oil separator plants made by HDPE big size spiral pipes

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Gravity grit and oil separator plants composed of HDPE big size spiral pipes.

The system consists of:

1. A floodway manhole which ensure the bypass operation in case of clogging of the final disposal tank
2. A connecting pipeline between the manhole and the tank
3. A tank with a quiet zone function, provided with:

• 3 (or more) inspection chambers
• Inner baffles
• Lamella modules filter
• A hole with an outlet pipeline placed on a lower level compared to the one of the inlet of liquids in the tank

NOTA

The system can be provided with some extras upon request:

1. A coalescence filter
2. A gravity automatic shut down valve
3. A float valve for the light liquids removal
