SEGMENTED FITTINGS

Segmented fittings in PE100, are manufactured with appropriate welding machines in accordance with UNI 10565. All the welding operations are carried out by our staff, which is licensed in accordance with UNI 9737, and by following the quality control according to ISO 9001-2008.
Fields of application: Pipe and flat PE100 – for Water and Gas pipelines, Sewerages, Fire preventions, Irrigation, Industry.

COMPRESSION FITTING BLUESEAL

Blueseal is a single piece sealing system deriving from an innovative technique of simultaneous co-moulding, without any adhesive. Blueseal is an exclusive SAB (SG branch specialized in irrigation products) patent. Its features differ from any other seal, principally in the fact that it is built in one piece and the lip is dovetail-shaped which increases the water tightness, as water pushes up against it. Its blue colour makes it unique and distinctive.

ELECTRO FUSION FITTINGS

Electro-fusion fittings are among the products produced by FUTURA.
FUTURA is an SG branch specialized in the production of HDPE manholes, HDPE fittings and special parts. Electrofusion fittings are Polyehtylene fittings that have an internal electrical resistance. During the generation of electric power, supplied in a controlled manner by a welding machine, this resistance creates the necessary heat for fusion of Polyethylene between pipe and fitting. The electrofusion technique is practical, fast and secure method, as the energy is transmitted in a direct and limited way to the contact area between the fitting and the pipe. The Electrofusion is surely the most popular method to join polyethylene pipes used in different sectors: gas, water supply, aquaculture and many other applications.
