For water networks<\/strong> you can choose between a black with coextruded blue stripes, or an entirely blue pipe; it can be used for the supply of pressurized liquids for human consumption, raw water prior to treatment, potable water, aquaculture and many other sectors.<\/p>\n<\/div>

For gas networks<\/strong> you can choose between PE black pipe with yellow or orange coextruded stripes, or entirely orange, for underground natural gas supply.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Since 2015, System Group, has been providing the clients with High Density Polyethylene pipes made of PE100 \u2013 RC type, for Watermains and fire-fighting applications, pressurized fluids supply and usable also for transport of alimentary products.<\/p>\n

The material has a high shock resistance<\/strong>. It is particularly recommended in unstable soils and has excellent corrosion resistance even in aggressive soils and in the presence of stray currents; therefore, it can be embedded without protections.<\/p>\n

\"TUBAZIONE<\/a><\/p>\n

The smooth internal wall surface results in reduced pressure loss and the low roughness of the material prevents the occurrence of scaling. Polyethylene is resistant<\/strong> to a wide range of chemicals and solvents and to most biological agents present in the soil. If needed, also PE 100 DCR could be offered, with a higher resistance to the premature pipe breakage caused by chlorine compounds.<\/p>\n

In installations with \u201ctrenchless\u201d techniques (similar to negligent poses \u201cwithout sand embedding\u201d), point loads and incisions can originate on the external wall, leading to pipe burst through the mechanism of slow crack growth (SCG).<\/p>\n

RC pipes are produced with PE100 with high SCG resistance checked through various tests, among which FNCT (Full Notch Creep Test) and PLT (Point Loading Test) that determine a resistance value \u2265 to 100 years to severe damage, either real or under point load test conditions. The pipes are compliant with UNI EN 12201, ISO 4427, UNI EN ISO 15494 and technical specification DIN PAS 1075.<\/p>\n

Both RC pipe type 1 and type 2 are available, and they permit a visual recognition of damage, where acceptance limit of the external wall has to be maximum depth: 10% of the total thicknesses.<\/p>\n
