STEEL COLLECTOR\u2019S REPLACEMENT<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Futura S.p.A. has supported an important poultry farm in the province of Forl\u00ec Cesena for the design and replacement of a part of a collector to serve the sewage treatment plant.<\/span><\/p>\n

The steel collector worked at room temperature with an operating pressure of between 3 and 4 bar and, due to the chemical deterioration suffered, the replacement was necessary. The client has assessed the management of a new system, made with PE100 pipes, more durable and therefore advantageous because of the high chemical inertia that this material offers compared to steel, eliminating the possibilities of potential future interventions because of the same reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, the speed and ease of installation have played in favour of the advantages evaluated when choosing the solution. The Customer, together with his installer, sent Futura drafts of the hand drawings with the quotations.<\/span><\/p>\n
