HB Boscarini S.p.A. is the Group’s holding company and carries out activities serving the Companies in the areas of finance, management control, HR, legal, corporate affairs, and executive management.
HB Servizi S.r.l. provides centralized services for all the Group’s companies, optimizing and coordinating their management. The main services relate to administrative and financial areas, technical and commercial support, marketing, and purchasing.
SYSTEM GROUP is the brand of the companies controlled by HB Boscarini S.p.A.
SYSTEM GROUP is equipped with technical structures supporting Clients, designers, contracting authorities, and internal product and system development. The centralized Technical Department operates on a 360° basis and also deals with Sustainability matters. Other specialized technical departments are located within individual companies. These technical divisions generate significant added value thanks to the level of expertise acquired, which they are able to provide as a service.
Futura S.p.A. is the company that, in addition to producing certain types of products (fittings, inspection chambers, repair clamps, floats, etc.), handles all matters relating to joints and the design and manufacture of custom special pieces for all types of pipes and products manufactured within SYSTEM GROUP. It also provides on-site support services through the rental and sale of welding equipment, and upon request carries out training activities and welding operations with specialized and qualified personnel.
Mecsystem is the electromechanical engineering company that, for the entire Group, provides customized services for the design and construction of machinery and production and finishing equipment, cost estimation and selection of technologies and systems, operational support, maintenance, energy efficiency improvements, as well as coordination and supervision of new installations.
All the other companies are each specialized in the processing of plastic materials for the production of pipes and various components for multiple applications, as well as in the marketing of certain complementary products and accessories not manufactured within the Group.
