SPECIFICATION ITEM

Pipe in PE – RD (Resistant to Chlorine Dioxide).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

High density polyethylene pipes entirely made of PE100 resin (MRS ≥ 10 MPa) with high resistance to chlorine components (Clo2) dissolved in water, fully complying with the standard EN 12201. The marking shall report in full the code of the raw material used for the production of the pipe, as well as other elements required by the reference standards.

 

 

Thus EUROPE DCR emerges, and provides additional value to the pipe while increasing its longevity also, against the degrading effects of chlorine. Expectations of durability of operation of these pipes stretch significantly, increasing the value and management efficiency of the networks.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRODUCT

The term RD (Resistant to Chlorine Dioxide) refers to PE100 pipes with higher durability against the degrading activity of chlorine (Clo2) and other chlorine agents, the latter one being increasingly used for the sanitation of drinking water.

PIPE TRACER – Sistema di geolocalizzazione e referenziazione delle infrastrutture di rete interrate

DESCRIZIONE GENERALE

Sistema ad elevata precisione di geolocalizzazione + referenziazione delle infrastrutture di rete interrate, da posizionare sulla generatrice superiore esterna dei tubi da interrare. Il sistema è composto da:

  • un piccolo cavo di acciaio completamente rivestito di polietilene per essere isolato e protetto dall’aggressività dell’ambiente circostante (pH dei terreni, correnti vaganti, acqua)
  • connettori dritti e a TEE per i collegamenti stagni fra i cavi e con gli altri componenti
  • scatole di connessione in materiale plastico per l’immissione del segnale elettromagnetico, dotate di due alette in acciaio inox per consentire la “messa a terra”
  • jack di collegamento alla scatola di connessione per l’immissione del segnale elettromagnetico
  • piccoli pozzetti terminali in ghisa per alloggiare le singole scatole di connessione quando posizionate a terra su percorsi pedonali o carrabili
  • telaietti “WBH”* in plastica, fissabili alle pareti cementizie, plastiche o su pali, per posizionamento e fissaggio delle scatole di connessione e realizzazione del collegamento di messa a terra
  • tag RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) – su richiesta – per registrazione e lettura elettronica delle informazioni di referenziazione dei singoli tratti di rete, posizionato all’interno dei pozzetti terminali di ghisa o sul cappuccio del telaio WBH

Il sistema installato rimane passivo durante tutto il suo periodo di vita, ma può essere attivato in qualsiasi momento immettendo un segnale elettromagnetico da qualsiasi scatola di connessione tramite apposito generatore (portatile esterno). Tale condizione rende il cavetto rintracciabile dagli appositi strumenti (disponibili in commercio in varie marche e tipi) con un elevato grado di precisione ottenendo coordinate GPS 3D. I tag RFID sono scrivibili e leggibili con strumenti specifici o con semplici smartphone dotati di tecnologia NFC.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Solid wall pipes made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with smooth inner and outer surface, available in light blue colour (RAL 5012). The diameters range goes from (OD) 125 up to 500 mm, and pipes are delivered in bars of 3-5 m length, with glue socket connection system or with threaded male and female. This product is also available in these two versions:

  • Slotted pipe for water collection
  • With coating of pre-installed sock filter made of non-woven fabric

Pipes are used for coating boreholes for water extraction

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Solid wall pipes made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a smooth inner and outer surface, available in grey colour (RAL 7021). The diameters range (OD) goes from 50 up to 500 mm. Pipes are delivered in bars of 6 m with a built-in socket for glue connection or provided with a gasket. They are used for the construction of pressurized piping systems (irrigation – water system – plant engineering).

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Push-to-connect double coupler made of polypropylene (PP) for PE pipes up to PN16, provided with double lip sealing gaskets and special anti-slipping rings. Elbow and tee shapes are available too. The diameters range (DN) goes from 20 up to 250 mm (OD pipes), but is also possible to request reduced sizes. The range for PE100 PN16 pipes from ɸ 20 to 63 mm requires the adoption of a “pipe liner” inside the end of the pipe to be connected. The socket version is made of PE from DN 90 up to 250 mm (PN 16-10), then butt-welded on one end of the pipe in the factory before the shipment (on-site welding is possible too).
