Bundled multiducts for fibre optic cables
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Multiducts in bundle configuration made of high density polyethylene, which consist of microducts smooth on the outside and the inner surface is provided with small axial reliefs in order to reduce the friction surface during the cables insertion. They are available in neutral standard colour, or, upon request, entirely coloured with or without the external coextruded coloured stripes. The range of diameters (OD) available is 7 – 8 -10 -12 – 14 – 16 – 20 mm, and cables are wrapped in various shapes and numbers in a HDPE sleeve strongly extruded around the microducts bundle, delivered in coils wrapped around wooden reels (or without reel on demand). They are implemented in the construction of underground network infrastructures for fibre optic cables insertion for telecommunications.
Microducts are also available in these two versions:
- With gliding silicone applied on the inner surface
- With anti rodents additive
