HDPE monopipe– bipipe – tripipe for fibre optical cables
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
High density polyethylene pipes, in MONO, DOUBLE, TRIPLE version arranged on the same planar axis and connected to each other through a continuous stiff lug which makes them more united. They are smooth on the outside and the inner surface is provided with small axial reliefs in order to reduce the friction surface during cables insertion. They are available in black standard colour or, upon request, entirely coloured. Diameters range: DN/OD 40 mm for BIpipes and DN/OD 50 mm for TRIpipes, while the MONOpipes are available in all the standard sizes, from ɸ 20 mm, with or without external coextruded coloured stripes or, on request, with an inner black surface and an outer coloured one.
Pipes are delivered in coils, and are used for the construction of underground network infrastructures for telephone and fibre optic cables insertion for telecommunications. This type of geometric configuration allows to place the pipes in trenches in a horizontal or vertical position. It is also available a special version of MONOpipe ɸ 63 mm (3,7 mm thickness) with an inner surface provided with 100 axial reliefs.
