SGK Tanks – HDPE big size spiral pipes for storage tanks construction

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Circular manufactures made of HDPE, built with a structured profile wall  in order to reach the ring stiffness values of the project resulting in an appreciable weight and money saving, and a smooth or structured outer surface. The connections in modular installations are made using the specific electrofusion socket available for the whole range of diameters (DN/ID from 800 to 2500 mm). The standard caps are created by “sandwich” method with two HDPE layers, one on the inside and one on the outside, with a specific structure in the middle to counteract the outer ground  pressure and the inner fluids pressure.

The inspection chambers are directly manufactured on the tank according to the client’s needs, and the usual diameters are DN/ID 800 or 1000 mm. Tanks can be provided with inlets and outlets as specified by the client and can also include electro-mechanical devices (ex. lifting pumps) or other systems (ball floats, spillways, flow-splitters) for water collection and management systems.
