PVC solid wall pipes for pressure networks

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Solid wall pipes made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a smooth inner and outer surface, available in grey colour (RAL 7021). The diameters range (OD) goes from 50 up to 500 mm. Pipes are delivered in bars of 6 m with a built-in socket for glue connection or provided with a gasket. They are used for the construction of pressurized piping systems (irrigation – water system – plant engineering).

 MAIN FEATURES

PVC is stabilised with lead-free products (Pb)
Suitable for contact with water for human consumptions (D.M. n. 174 of April 6th 2004)
Pressure classes: PN 6 – 10 – 12,5 – 16 – 20
Socket connections with lip seal made of EPDM (EN 681)
Socket connections with ANGERLOCK gasket type (with hard insert made of PP). Cold insertion (EN 681)
Socket connections with POWERLOCK gasket type (with hard insert made of PP). Warm insertion (EN 681)
Glue socket connections
Wide range of standard moulded fittings
High chemical and abrasion resistance
Inert to stray currents
It can be provided with PIPE TRACER, the plano-altimetric tracking system for underground pipelines
